I would advise you to use jaggery powder over sugar because it is and processed free from chemical ingredients that are used while processing and also rich source of iron

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. It is advisable to feed the baby with jaggery after the age of one year. This will boost immunity and keep him/ her healthy, developing the taste for jaggery instead of sugar, which is not at all healthy.
