is it trur that applying coconut oil on baby's head will enhance hair growth and will help to reduce head temperature???

Lot of people say a lot of things you don’t have to believe everything you hear it is just a normal regular or like Olive Oyl or mustard oil it is just good for hair growth in general it may suit the child may not have the child also so all these things are not true
