Is it true if a breastfeeding mother got covid vaccine, it also give immunity to child?

I I’m not really very sure about it but as I don’t know when you have a Covid vaccination and your breast feed your child so if you are suffering with any of the side effects of child is also going to suffer with them along with high fever and diarrhoea that’s what I am lately heard so yes but the doctors are saying a little bit of antibodies can be transferred also but there is no sure shot thing for that
