Is it to worry if i have given more dose of paracetamol to my 3 month old baby bymistakely twice a day upto 3 days

A. hello it will definitely have side effects n any discomfort would be better to have a chevk with ur doctor b she will be able to guide u accordingly n will also be safe too no worries
