It's normal.to grain weight during pregnancy which is reduced after baby birth and further reduced with time, exclusively breast feed baby, and take regular physical activity for atleast 1hr after after 4months, hydrate well avoid refined flour sugary products deep fried foods

as breast feeding helps in shedding the weight..
you should also take care of diet..
as have small frequent meals.. drink plenty of water.. restrict sugar intake.. avoid oil spicy foods..
you can start with brisk walking or yoga or some exercise... after 4-6months ...
