Is it safe to take oranges during winter season for breast feeding mother

A. it is absolutely fine to take oranges..food doesn't cause cold..pls have them in day time and avoid taking fridge stored oranges..always have fresh..

A. no problem taking iron just for breastfeeding mother in winter season Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
