is it safe to take 13 months baby in a flight and to travel to Singapore

Yes of course a child can travel there is no problem but the flight is going to be long to carry sufficient amount of food and I would recommend you that Singapore is a place where you really have to walk a lot so carry a stroller with you because otherwise it will be very difficult for you to keep the child in the lap while moving through this place
