A. yes why's nor. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

A. Hello dear! There are no food restrictions as such unless suggested otherwise by your doctor. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Good luck and take care
