is it safe to introduce pinch or salt and suger for 7 month old baby in his food (upma )

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Yes you can add salt and sugar in foods of the baby but in moderation and not in excess as bland foods are tasteless so you can add sugar and salt in the food
