A. yes even if the mother is corona positive she can continue to give breastfeeding to the child by using a face mask and regular hand washing. . . . .

A. If you're symptoms are mild you can with proper precautions and in your risk. If you are severely ill with COVID-19 or suffer from other complications that prevent you from caring for your infant or continuing direct breastfeeding, express milk to safely provide breastmilk to your infant.
