Is it safe to add a little amount of salt to baby food? my baby is near about six months old.

A. not good. avoid mostly till 1 year of age, Weaning food must be a single grain food. Always feed freshly cooked food to your baby. Do not add salt, sugar, honey to baby’s food.

A. No , you shouldn't give salt or sugar upto 1 year of age as it will effect kidneys

A. U Can start with complimentary food after completing the age of six months not before that so also I would like to tell you the sugar you cannot give it is completely restricted but yes you can give all the spices salt and chilli powder as well from the age of eight months but salt and spices from the age of six months itself
