Is it rash or eczema I’m confused also how to cure it my baby boy is 1 month old

A. Not sure about it as it’s looking more like a rash so try using calamine lotion and that should help and if u feel it’s eczema then it’s going to b good enough to get it checked with your doc as they’ll b able to clear your doubt
