Is it possible to have a glass of wine while i am breastfeeding my 5 month olf baby?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum do not consume alcohol since you are breastfeeding alcohol enters the baby system and the liver of baby is not mature enough to metabolize alcohol hence it can cause harmful effects to baby
