Is it okay to let baby taste the daily food that's prepared in home?

A. Typically, babies who are seven months old take three solid food meals and two snacks in between. Breastfeeding in the morning and night, with some mid-day feeding sessions are also part of the routine. Typically, babies consume about a quarter cup of puree or porridge in a single meal.
