A. If the ragi porridge got slightly burnt but still tastes normal and doesn't have a strong burnt flavor, it is generally safe to give to your 11-month-old. However, here are a few considerations: 1. **Check for Charred Bits**: Ensure there are no visibly burnt or charred bits in the porridge. These can be unpalatable and potentially harmful. 2. **Taste Test**: Taste the porridge yourself to confirm that it doesn't have a burnt flavor that could make it unappetizing or difficult for your baby to eat. 3. **Monitor Baby’s Reaction**: Watch for any signs of discomfort or digestive issues after your baby eats the porridge. 4. **Nutritional Value**: Slight burning usually doesn't affect the nutritional value of the porridge significantly, but make sure it is still appealing and easy for your baby to eat. If you’re unsure or if the burnt taste is noticeable, it might be best to prepare a fresh batch to ensure your baby enjoys their meal without any potential issues.
