is it okay to leave 1 year old baby suddenly who is on breastfeeding with grandparents for 6 months

SowjanyaMom of 2 children4 weeks agoA. No Leaving baby without weaning off all of a sudden will have very bad impact on baby’s growth both physically and mentally So you should be doing it gradually and give baby some time to adjust

ashishGuardian of a 6 m old boy4 weeks agoA. My answer is No. Reason: Mother is always warmth for any child. House members can treat them till a limit, they may do A, B & C but they won't be able to provide that comfort which a baby needs from his/her mother. For us we are leaving them for a while but for them if you are gone then gone forever. Be mindful about it. If you have an urgency to leave for any work then it is always better to prepare a baby atleast a week prior like: you go infront of his/her for few minutes and comeback and make them happy....likewise increase the time pattern to make them habitual with an assurance that you will comeback soon and play with him/her.
