is it okay to feed and pump? if yez, for how long the feed can be stored?

Yes You can express and feed your child that’s one of the best things a lot of women do these days so that even if they are not around here the kids are fed well on the breastfeeding only so on room temperature you can keep it maximum for 60 to 80 minutes in phrase you can keep it for eight hours and a D freezer you can keep it for a month also

You can store BM at room temperature for three to four hours and in air tight container foe one to two day
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables protein after six months
Give adequate feeding
