is it ok to store breastmilk in freedge?how many hr store in freedge and outside?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. You can store breast milk for about 2 to 3 hours in normal room temperature
And in refrigerator you can keep about 4 to 5 hours
But it is always advisable to give fresh breast milk as keeping and storing reduces the nutrients in that
