Is it ok to sleep on right side and straight during 3rd trimester, I couldn’t sleep in left position for more than 10 mins due to back pain. Any suggestions would be appreciated

A. Hello! I’m not sure how safe and comfortable it is to be sleeping straight and there is a stage of pregnancy. Maybe you can try using Babyhug maternity pillow or wedge to support your tummy weight while sleeping on the side. Also check with your doctor.
