Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi It is best to avoid left over food eat only freshly cooked food as this will avoid the acidity & gas . Make sure to specifically avoid salads & raw foods & nonveg the next day after cooking
