Q.

Is it not recommended to give solid food like ( lapsi, cerelac) at night around 10:30 - 11:00 PM along with some milk on demand? I believe it helps babies to sleep well. My baby is 7 months old.

A. you should avoid giving anything after 8. just give only breastmilk on demand. in night hours'. its difficult for everyone to digest food so it can be a reason for night colic

A. You can give dinner like lapsi or cerelac around 8.30 pm , after a while you can feed them milk around 10 pm which will surely be tummy fulfilling.
