Is it normal of feeling pain in c-section cut area after 3 years of delivery. I did plank after that I am feeling pain

No normally that shouldn’t have happened because the stitches take long time to heal I agree but after three years if you’re feeling this kind of a pain and that’s not good you should consult a gynaecologist once she’ll be able to advise you correctly on that Enter Your Answer Here
