Is it normal 5 months after giivng birth, the hair will fall too much? my hair is falling like 50 strands of hair a day.

A. Hello mom Hair fall is very common after delivery this is all because of hormonal changes and you should add I iron and multivitamin supplements in your regular diet. You should also start doing a massage with coconut oil and also apply aloe vera one hour before bath
