Q.

is it necessary to use sanitary even if there is no bleeding till 2-3 months so that ur pelvic area becomes tight

A. hello it is not really necessary to use it and it will not affect in any way and impact you can be more irritated and it can even cause rashes when you use it unnecessary so better to avoid if there is no bleeding and it should be all fine not a problem
