is it natural or normal for 21days old baby getting her chests little like swelling!?

try to see if there's some milk..if present try to remove

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. It's normal for newborn babies (boys and girls) to have mild or even swollen, enlarged breasts and/or lumps under the nipple. They are almost always benign and due to exposure to maternal hormones in the womb.
