Q.

is it compulsory for 7month baby to eat 4 solid meals if I have good breast milk supply.foes.nutrition come from bm or solids for such infants.

A. Hello dear parent! Baby should be given semi solids and water along with daily intake of milk after 6 months completion. Baby has got to achieve many big milestones, therefore needs gradual increase in nutrition. Give your baby easily digestible homemade foods and keep hydrated all day. Continue breastfeeding.
