A. Exclusive breastfeeding is advisable till the time the baby completes 6 months of age. Mother's milk is enough to take care of water and all other nutritional requirements of baby's body. Once the baby completes 6 months, you can start with one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day initially and then you can increase gradually. Always feed the baby on demand. Always feed the baby in an upright position. Burp the baby during and after each feed. Maintain proper hygiene. Always wash your hands before handling your baby. Keep a sanitiser handy. Check Babyhug Alcohol Based Hand Sanitiser : It protects from disease causing bacteria and germs, provides rinse free and rapid disinfection, kills 99.9% germs, enriched with glycerin for moisturising hands, it is FDA approved.
