Q.

is it better to express milk and feed with a spoon or use nipple shield till the baby learns to directly take breastfeeding?

A. if there is any problem you can feed with palada kindly don't use artificial nipple. . . . . . .. . . . . . . .. . . .

A. hi spoon feeding is best. but please maintain good hygiene. I mean , sterilize the vessels well. and keep your trying best to offer direct feeding more .
