is it advisable for me to take Azithromycin( 500mg) if I have a lactating baby girl of 3 month old?

A. yes ma'am you can take it you can take the prescribed dose of the medicine I think this is supposed to be take one tablet in a day only for the throat infections of there is not any problem if you are feeding your baby while taking this medicine
