Is iron drops good for a two month old baby ..? What are the changes that are normal in baby after giving iron drops ??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. many times it is given at the time of birth also. it is important to give iron supplements in maintenance dosage otherwise the child may have iron deficiency anaemia because breast milk does not contain enough iron
