Its required to take the vaccinations on time unless your baby is having some illness episode . you are advised to postpone it till the time baby recovers.
there can be mild pain and swelling at the vaccination area, mild fever, which will subside in one or two days.
you can give Paracetamol drops for that and apply ice fomentation

Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
