give small frequent meals.
try to introduce everything except cow milk and honey.
give same meal for three days to develop child interest

If you are giving half Apple in 1 meal that is enough. But in full day we we should take at least 4 to 6 meals in a day so you have to maintain a diet chart according to that. Now your baby is eight months old so baby should take this much meal and at least 400 ML milk.
