ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, ghee is definitely recommended for babies less than 1 year old. Ghee should be introduced after completion of 6 months. The energy requirements of the baby are high, so baby should be given energy dense foods like ghee and oil.
