Q.

is Getting suffocated when I lay down or sleep normal I feel this tightness and heaviness on my chest followed by racing heart during sleep which makes me to sit down and gasp for air and it happens 4-5 times or more during night or whenever I lay down to sleep/nap

A. you are having tightness of chest do not ignore it is very difficult to comment it here without a proper examination so it's advised to consult your doctor for proper examination and according to that the doctor will guide you in this matter proper
