Such as spina bifida these defects can occur early in pregnancy. Even before a woman realizes she’s pregnant

It is important of course if you should take it it’s very very important that is what the doctors also suggest that it is given for a reason it helps in containing and maintaining the pregnancy helps meeting different deficiencies in the body it’s good
