Is fig is good for 8 month baby? Avacado is good? How many time we have to give solid food a day? How much water is given in a day?

A. dear mum to your 8 months old baby yes you can give fresh fig and also dry fig after soaking to make soft avocado can also ge given has healty fats 3 meals
