is every vaccine need for baby? does vaccination weak immune system? available vaccine in Government hospital sufficient for baby or should get vaccinated in private where available every vaccine #Vaccination

If there is fever give paracetamol as prescribed by your doctor. see that if there is a pain and little swelling, give a hot compress to baby. Soak a cotton cloth in hot water squeeze it and gently press on injected area. Vaccines are important dear.
