A. yes it's safe. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, seasonal fruits, , vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach.
