Is cold cough normal this season ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steamc inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness thtere can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. If a child gets many colds, it's not a sign of a weak immune system. It just means he's exposed to many viruses. The only reason to have a child's immune system tested is if the colds often lead to more serious problems.
