A. hello mom good day the cream is not necessary if you don't use the diapers throughout the day you can use the tribals only when it is absolutely necessary for your child otherwise you can switch to the cloth diapers they are very safe on your baby skin and eco friendly as well stop using the diapers and apply the coconut oil that will surely reduce the diaper rashis for your baby
