yes after eruption of babies first tooth it is very essential to start brushing.
use silicon finger toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of nonfluoridated flavoured kids toothpastes like colgate natural or oral B junior twice daily.

you can use finger brush to clean the baby mouth remember to sterlize the brush well before use..
you can use a clean cotton cloth wrap around your finger.. and then clean baby mouth..
