Is Breast Milk reduces because of pumping...My babies are preterm...They are unable to suck as the fullest.Will the bottle feed reduces the direct feeding.

A. usually no.. but try to make more skin to skin contact with ur baby to stimulate secretion. do breast massage before pumping. rahe healthy diet and lots of fluids
