ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. sometimes. once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor. mother should take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly .

Jasmine Shiny DsouzaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi mom. hemoglobin can be less in the breastfeeding baby because of different reasons but if you feel your child is suffering from anaemia you can consult with the pediatrician and he may suggest you the ion drops. do not self medicate the child but you can consult with the pediatrician
