My 3 year old child has an anemia problem, so what should I give him in his diet?

A. Iron supplement is definitely going to be important second you should at least give beetroot once in a day and pomegranate no juice Just pomegranate one time in a day full bowl and apart from that you can include all kind of green leafy vegetables specially spinach broccoli you can give sweet potato you can give black rice the highly highly rich and Iron so these things are definitely going to be good
