is 4.7 kg very less for her growth? why is her weight less? and what can we do to increase it? she is breastfed every few hours as well as Enfamil formula given once or twice during night times.

A. dear mum what was the birth weight of your baby baby should gain at least 500 gram per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less

A. thank you for the reply doctor, she was 2.8 kgs at birth, she was born on 23/9/23. we checked her weight today it was 4.7kg.
