is 36 weeks pregnancy is 9months

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. yes from 36 weeks onwards the 9th month starts. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.
