A. Black raisins, prunes, fig, apricots, green leafy vegetables, carrota, beetroot, pomegranate and millets are also rich source of calcium and iron and Give Vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables as it improves iron absorption in the body

A. Hai good afternoon !! Leafy vegetables mostly spinach, amarnth, dates , raisins, pomegranate, carrot, beet root, jaggery,flax seeds, sweet potato, almonds, walnuts ,Ragi, seseme seeds, peanuts with jaggery combination chikki,egg, fish contains iron content. Along with seasonal fruits also contains good amount of iron . Include all these foods in diet for increasing iron levels.
