A. should not be take iron and calcium together because it will cause an adverse interaction .iron is best absorb when your body is hungry because food will reduce the absorption of this micronutrients it is best to take iron 1-2 hr after eating or 30min before eating. calcium inhibits the absorption of iron when it take together.
