Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. it is important to give anti allergic medicines like cetirizine to the child which will help in decreasing the swelling and also for pain you can give paracetamol and apply ice to decrease the itchidng sensation and then meet your doctor
