In which month we can introduce salt to babies? Some of the articles I have read here in the recipe it was mentioned salt.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl6 days agoA. Food can be introduced after six months complete and salt usually doctors say after the age of one year and my doctor suggested me to use it from the beginning itself so I use it I actually used it from the beginning itself never faced the problem and facing it’s quite debatable but if you want to use it otherwise don’t use it and the recipes have because they are for all age groups
